The 50-100t/h hard rock crushing plant from HAMAC is primarily composed of a jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, and vibrating feeder. This plant is designed for crushing hard stones such as granite, basalt, river stone, and andesite. The output sizes of the aggregates are highly adjustable, allowing us to set the desired size based on the specific requirements of different customers.
This crushing plant is capable of reducing hard stones (like granite, tuff, diabase, basalt, and river stone) from a maximum size of less than 500mm down to about 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm, or other sizes as per your needs, producing high-quality aggregates for construction purposes.
We assign a project manager for each project, who provides specialized project management services, including strict project stage progress management to ensure on-schedule project completion. Strict internal production management ensuring on-schedule production completion.
We provide complete installation services for customers regarding site leveling, foundation drawing inspection, construction progress and team planning, installation instructions, and production line commissioning, to ensure smooth operation of production lines. In addition, we provide appropriate trainings for customers to achieve their satisfaction.
